- Avid Lash Guarantee: We strive to ensure quality workmanship, and if you have any concerns, we will fix it to your satisfaction at no extra charge.
- Appointments: We operate by appointment only and make sure you receive a confirmation reminder 24 hours prior to your scheduled time.
- Cancellations/No Show: We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations or changes to appointments. If you no-show, future appointments may need to be prepaid upon our discretion.
- Deposits: A $25 non-refundable deposit is required when booking an appointment, which will be applied to your services on the day of your appointment.
- Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your appointments to ensure sufficient time for quality results. Arriving late may result in a $15 late fee.
- Refunds: All services are non-refundable; however, our guarantee ensures that we will fix any concerns within 48 hours after service.
- Lash Fill-Ins: We will not perform fill-in services on work from other salons or lash artists. If you currently have lash extensions on, you must get them removed before receiving your first new set.
