She started Big Shot in 1997, in her basement, and has been on a creative mission ever since. You see, the team at Big Shot is extremely passionate about the work we do and the clients that trust us with their businesses. We concept unique ideas, creative campaigns, and rock-solid brand initiatives - all with the goal of taking action. Listen, we love a cute little design too but if our strategies don't get results for the clients, then what's the point? If we can't convert eyeballs into leads, we're just any old ad agency. Meet the Boss Lady

Kymberlee Kaye Raya has an extensive background in marketing, with an emphasis in Branding and offers over 20+ years of marketing and branding expertise. In other words, she's kind of a big deal around here. Kymberlee built Big Shot from nothing; a one-woman show has grown in the last 20+ years to a thriving, growing business that works with companies in all industries. Kymberlee's creative mind combined with her knack for excellent business strategy continues to drive Big Shot to the forefront. Kymberlee is a visionary; she sees things in their entirety, the short term and long term, the beginning and the end. She envisions the whole scope and leads her team from execution through the whole campaign. She is proud to manage a team of talented folks internally while simultaneously relating to clients and their needs. Kymberlee is a sought-after National speaker and has recently spoke alongside Jillian Michaels, Deepak Chopra, Magic Johnson, and Arianna Huffington. She most recently spoke at the 2018 IDEA World Conference in San Diego. She has spoken several times at the MindBody BOLD Conference. A passionate advocate for creativity and innovation, Kymberlee regularly speaks locally and nationally. She is a team leader for Chicago Cares and most recently had her dance and fitness studio recognized by the BIBO Foundation for their amazing support and contributions to the It's Purse-sonal campaign in 2017 - collecting over 500+ purses for women in need of some support.
