Sheila Swalling, AIA, and Principal of the firm, has over 35 years of experience in the field, including serving as a past executive board member of the American Institute of Architects and a member of the Heritage Commission for the City of Olympia. Kara Walk, also a Principal, brings over 25 years of experience and is a LEED Accredited Professional. Craig Swalling, another key member of the team, has over 35 years of experience and is also a LEED Accredited Professional.

Our portfolio includes a wide range of projects, from residential designs like the Budd Bay and Norwegian Cabin, to commercial projects such as the Freshii Restaurant and the College Administration Building. We have also worked on historic preservation projects, like the Historic Springer House and the Bigelow House Museum. Each project is approached with the same commitment to excellence and attention to detail.
