Disgruntled Tenants and Scammers
The reviews start off on a sour note with Ana Dominguez Cortez, who left a 1-star review, complaining about a company run by Todd Fisher, also known as Fisher Investments. Ana claimed that Todd refused to show his face, hid behind a secretary, and failed to pay the company's $7000+ debt. She accused him of being shameless and of perhaps making fun of their limited English.
Happy Tenants
Most of the reviews are extremely positive, with multiple reviewers praising Kandiss (not Todd) and Fisher Investments. Josh G. also had a positive experience, initially, but later found that the company refused to return his deposit when he moved out. However, the majority of reviewers appreciated Kandiss' friendly and helpful nature, as well as the company's well-maintained apartments and welcoming atmosphere.
Discrepancies

Josh and Ana both had issues with deposits being withheld, while multiple reviewers praised Kandiss for being accommodating and helpful. There is also a discrepancy in the leadership, with Todd Fisher seemingly involved in some reviews (Josh's) but not others (most of the positive reviews).
