Our Team
Our team consists of dedicated professionals who are passionate about providing the best architectural services to our clients. Keith Soltner, the Principal Architect, has dedicated the majority of his professional career to the analysis and design of building envelope systems. His strong attention to design, diverse technical knowledge, and clear communication skills are the basis of his successful practice. Jordan Blake and Andrew Guy-Billups are our Project Managers, providing production support for the Principal Architect. Cheryl Nicodemus serves as our Office Manager and Project Manager, handling accounting, marketing, HR, IT, and other general office duties.
Services
We offer a wide range of services to cater to the needs of our clients. These include programming, site analysis and feasibility studies, building design, technical consulting, investigation reports, building code analysis and interpretation, litigation support, pre-purchase inspections, building alteration reviews, space planning, interior design and material selection, landscape and elements design, bidding and contract negotiation assistance, owner representation and quality control assurance, construction documents, construction management, and post-occupancy evaluations.
Building Assessment & Repair Process
Our building assessment and repair process begins with a building analysis. This involves determining the source and root of building problems and damage that may warrant further investigation and repair. We search for and review all available drawings and documentation pertaining to the job to pinpoint possible trouble spots and perform a brief, non-intrusive visual review. We then discuss the documentation and visual review findings with the parties involved, to advise on whether a further investigation is warranted.
Design development is the next step in our process. To provide our clients with Contract Documents, we review the scope of repair with the Owner to ensure that all aspects are considered. This includes all necessary documentation, permits, and compliance with local building codes and regulations. We work closely with our clients to ensure that the final design meets their needs and expectations.
Projects
We have worked on numerous projects over the years, including multi-family and single-family residences, institutional, and health care facilities. Some of our notable projects include Acacia Condominium in Kirkland, Maple Court in Seattle, and Lakehurst Condominium in Seattle. Each project is unique and requires a tailored approach to meet the specific needs of the client and the building.
