Tom Broderick, the founder and president of K&B Electric, has been a part of the electrical field since 1980. He attended Washburn Trade School in Chicago and has extensive experience in designing and supervising electrical power distribution, lighting, and control systems for various commercial projects, retail establishments, and tenant improvements. Tom's expertise extends to industrial projects in hazardous locations, and his direct involvement in corporate strategy, client liaisons, project management, cost estimating, and lighting consulting make him an integral part of K&B Electric's operations.

Roxanne Broderick joined K&B Electric in 1997 and holds corporate-wide financial responsibility. With 23 years of experience in the electrical/construction industry and previous positions in customer service and cash management roles for the hospitality industry in the worldwide arena, her wealth of knowledge provides a solid fiduciary duty between K&B Electric, employees, and customers.
