Welcome to AllCare IPA, a physician organization proudly serving the communities of Merced, San Joaquin, and Stanislaus Counties. AllCare was established in 1989 by over 1,000 private practice physicians with a shared vision of prioritizing illness prevention and promoting healthy lifestyles. Our extensive network of more than 1,000 physicians is dedicated to improving the patient experience and caring for the tens of thousands of local residents who have chosen a physician through AllCare's network. Many of our members have been long-time, loyal patients of AllCare physicians.

At AllCare, we value the importance of a strong doctor-patient relationship, which is essential in achieving positive patient outcomes. Our physicians utilize the most advanced medical technology and employ rigorous credential reviews, ensuring that each physician is highly qualified in their respective fields of education, practice outcomes, and licenses. AllCare IPA does not offer financial incentives or rewards to withhold or lower the usage of services, ensuring that our members receive the care they need without compromise. Our business hours are from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and we are closed on weekends.

Our Services

AllCare IPA offers a wide variety of health plans to meet the diverse needs of our members. Our HMO Commercial and Medicare Advantage Health plans are contracted with AllCare, providing flexibility in choosing the plan that best suits your healthcare requirements. Medicare Advantage plans may include additional benefits such as Silver Sneakers, fitness programs, dental, hearing, and transportation services. Open enrollment for Medicare Advantage plans begins on October 15th and ends on December 7th each year.

Primary Care Physicians (PCP)

AllCare offers an extensive list of Primary Care Physicians (PCP) across various specialties, including Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Pediatrics. We encourage our members to build close relationships with their PCP, who will direct their care to in-network providers through referrals. By having a trusted PCP, you can make informed decisions managing your health and well-being.
