Freeman Construction Services LLC., founded in 2000, by Owner Brett Freeman, has met impressive milestones over the years. When starting out in business, Brett felt that there are two areas that require the most attention: the quality of work and the level of respect between the company and the homeowner. Without respect, there is no trust, and without having trust, the homeowner wouldn't want the company in their home working around their family and friends. We operate very heavily on the code of ethics put forth through NARI associations, along with our own code of conduct carried out on each and every job. With Freeman Construction working in or around your families safest place on earth, home, we value and respect the fact that most families cannot accommodate leaving their homestead for a month or two while renovations are taking place. Which is why we try our best to leave a safe, clean, and livable homestead every evening when we leave for the day. As we are a high quality driven company, we are also small enough to have that day to day communication that most larger general contracting companies cannot offer. Our company is driven by over a 90% referral rate, and approximately 10% promotional marketing. This being said, we rely very much on satisfied clients, on the basis that their referral is our compliment to a job well done.
