Our chiropractor, Dr. Bruce Heckard, has been practicing in the beautiful Napa Valley for over four decades. A native of Napa, he served in Vietnam as an airborne Pathfinder for two years before attending Palmer Chiropractic College in Davenport, Iowa. He graduated in 1977 and began practicing with his father, Dr. Byron Heckard, in 1978. Dr. Bruce Heckard became the sole doctor of Heckard Chiropractic in 1991.

Dr. Heckard employs the finest and most precise technologies available today to embrace the body as a whole and implement a holistic approach. The primary chiropractic adjusting technique utilized by Dr. Heckard is Directional-Non Force Technique (D.N.F.T.) Chiropractic. This method has been refined and practiced for over 70 years and provides consistent, accurate, information from the body in "Real-Time".
