Our comprehensive approach involves assessing an individual's thinking, emotions, and behavior, relationships, and developing interventions, strategies, and a game plan that will help them move forward in the best ways.

About Dr. F. Alan Pickering

Dr. F. Alan Pickering is the founder of Ultimate Life Now and a seasoned counselor with a wealth of experience. He has authored 12 books and has a thriving counseling practice in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Dr. Pickering has a Master of Arts in Marital and Family Therapy from Bethel Seminary in San Diego, CA, and a Doctor of Ministry from Harding University in Memphis, TN. He is currently pursuing a Ph. D. in psychology (with a concentration in theology) at Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia.
