At Master Screen Print and Embroidery, we are a family-owned and operated custom apparel manufacturer based in Oswego, IL since 1981. With over 35 years of experience, we specialize in all types of apparel decoration, offering screen printing and embroidery services that cater to a wide range of clients, including local schools, businesses, community events, religious organizations, bands, and many more.

Our Services

With our state-of-the-art facilities and expert staff, we can accommodate a variety of projects, from small orders to large quantities.

Screen Printing

Our screen printing services utilize Plastisol Ink, the industry standard, and Pantone Color Matching to ensure accurate color matching. We can print up to 6 colors for your design, and our standard minimums vary depending on the number of colors in the design. We also offer specialty inks, including reflective, glitter, and metalic finishes.

Embroidery

Our embroidery services use a range of threads, including standard threads like Polyneon Rayon and speciality threads like frosted, metallic, and glow-in-the-dark. We can run up to 16 colors for an embroidery design, and we offer custom color matching to ensure a precise color match. Embroidery orders are quoted based on item type, quantity, and stitch count, with a one-time fee for digitizing.

Other Services

In addition to screen printing and embroidery, we offer a range of additional services, including:

• Graphic Design: Custom logo design and recreation of existing artwork
• Sewing: Patch, label, and alteration services, as well as sewing of banded woven labels to cuffs or hems of shirts
• Packaging: Retail folding, labeling (UPCs, size labels, branding), and poly bagging

Turnaround Time and Pricing

Our standard turnaround time is 10 business days after final artwork is received and payment is accepted. Rush services are available, with prices varying based on the required timeframe. We offer different pricing levels based on order quantity, with discounts available for larger orders.

Minimum Orders: We do not have a minimum order amount, but there may be additional set-up and clean-up fees for orders under 24 pieces.

Price Breaks: We offer discounts for larger orders, with price breaks at 12, 24, 48, 72, and 144 pieces, and so on.

Shipping: We primarily use USPS and UPS for shipping, with costs based on the weight of the order. Shipping prices will be included on the final bill.

Payment: We accept cash, credit cards, checks, and QuickBooks pay for payments.

Contract Pricing: We offer contract pricing for those who apply. Contact us for more information.

Refunds and Order Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled and refunds issued, but please note that some materials may be non-refundable.
