The Iron Mountain Story
Born in 2013 from a passionate sole proprietor in Boone, NC, Iron Mountain Forge & Furniture has blossomed into a collaborative team of skilled artisans. Led by founder and owner Carley Ferrara, our experienced team possesses over two decades of combined expertise in woodworking, blacksmithing, and design.
Carley's impressive academic background includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Interior Design and a Master of Fine Arts degree in Furniture Design & Construction, both from prestigious institutions. Her expertise and infectious enthusiasm have been featured on HGTV's Design Challenge, showcasing her remarkable talents to the world.
