Where Personal Service and Customer Satisfaction Meet
History of Valentino Hospitality
Valentino Hospitality has been a staple of New Orleans' hospitality scene for over 60 years. Founded by Anthony and Mary Ann Valentino and their seven children, the company has grown to include 52 family members, with 14 of them actively working in various businesses daily. The family tradition started in 1958 with a 19-room motel and has since evolved into seven hotels, three restaurants, and two sightseeing operations located in the historic French Quarter, the old Southern Railway Station, the Central Business District, and Uptown New Orleans. The Valentino family's commitment to personal service, customer satisfaction, and local oversight has earned them legions of loyal repeat guests.
Our Hotels
The Place d'Armes Hotel at Jackson Square is the most historic of the hotels, with seven separate buildings surrounding a lush courtyard and swimming pool. The Hotel St. Marie, Prince Conti Hotel, and French Market Inn are additional French Quarter locations just off Bourbon St. and the Mississippi River. The newest Brakeman Hotel is located on the edge of the French Quarter at Basin St. Station, the old Southern Railway building. Each hotel offers a unique experience, reflecting the rich history and culture of New Orleans.
Dining
Valentino Hospitality's restaurants are must-visits for any New Orleans trip. The Bombay Club Martini Bar & Restaurant in the Prince Conti Hotel and Vacherie Restaurant & Bar in the Hotel St. Marie are two of the most popular dining destinations in the city. Whether you're in the mood for classic Creole cuisine or a creative cocktail, our restaurants have something for everyone.
Sightseeing
In addition to our hotels and restaurants, Valentino Hospitality offers a variety of sightseeing options. Basin St. Station, the old Southern Railway Freight & Baggage building on the edge of the French Quarter on famous Basin St., is the exclusive operator of Cemetery Tours for the Archdiocese of New Orleans in St. Louis Cemetery #1 across the street. Hop-On Hop-Off motorcoach tours with a City Sightseeing New Orleans live guide are another great way to explore the city.
