Harbor Roofing and Contracting, founded in 2014, is a full-service exterior building solutions provider. We have a combined experience of over 225 years and are dedicated to providing our customers with the best service and finished product possible. Our mission is to protect not just buildings, but also our customers' peace of mind. We're not just another service provider; we're partners in ensuring your building's integrity.

Our team is comprised of skilled professionals who are 100% OSHA 10 certified within months, ensuring a higher expectation of safety on our job sites. We're members of the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) and the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) in Baltimore, ABC Metro D.C., and ABC Chesapeake Shores.

We offer a wide range of services including commercial roofing, waterproofing, repair, and preventive maintenance. Our capabilities extend to installing membrane sheet, metal, shingles, wall panels, green roofs, waterproofing, and coating systems.

At Harbor, we believe in the importance of sustainability. That's why we offer green roofing solutions for every project. We can install both green roofing systems, elevated paver deck systems, porcelain tile, and even synthetic turf. We are installers of all major US manufacturers and can provide the complete package for your rooftop garden or amenity space.

Services

We provide inspection, repair, restoration, roof installation, and roof replacement for owners and managers with commercial buildings throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Our commercial waterproofing services include installing and repairing waterproofing, from sheet membrane to hot and cold fluid-applied, serving public and private customers throughout Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia.

Our repair and preventive maintenance services offer emergency service, preventive maintenance inspections, and repairs for commercial property owners and managers. We have a way of shining on the extra mile, like the lighthouse in our logo.

Apprenticeship Application

Harbor has invented a new apprenticeship program for commercial roofers and waterproofers, kicked off in 2021. We believe in providing job opportunities and training to residents of the District of Columbia and can provide 100% CBE participation for roofing and waterproofing installations.
