At Randy Hill Construction, Inc. (RHCI), we are a Chico-based general contractor that has been in business since 1998. We have a proven track record of completing projects under budget and ahead of schedule, thanks to our self-performed work, attention to detail, productivity, and scheduling. In the past five years, we have worked on nearly fifty-five million dollars of public works contracts, ranging from minor modernization to complete new school sites. We have also worked on police stations, human services buildings, and administration buildings, among others.

Our vast background allows us to work with construction managers, architects, engineers, and consultants to find the most cost-effective methods within the construction industry. Over the years, we have created great trust with the Division of State Architect to review structural and fire life safety, which simplifies and expedites minor issues. We take great pride in quality control within every scope of the project, from earthwork to final finishes.

Some of our biggest and physically aesthetic projects include Tehama County Administration Building, College of the Siskiyou Rural Health Science Institute, Emergency Services Training Center and New Science Building, Fort Bragg High School New Classroom Wing, and the Sutter Animal Services Facility.
