Tulip Tree Family Health Care is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) proudly serving the residents of Fort Branch, Indiana, and the surrounding communities in southwest Indiana and neighboring Illinois counties. Since opening its doors in 1999, our mission has been clear: to provide high-quality, affordable, compassionate, and accessible medical, dental, and behavioral health care to everyone, regardless of their ability to pay.
