Omnix Health Care Services, Inc. is a home health and hospice care provider based in Crosby, TX. Our team is composed of highly professional and compassionate caregivers who are dedicated to serving our local community. We understand that allowing someone into your home can be a challenging experience, but we strive to make our clients comfortable. Many of our team members have experienced the need for home health or hospice care in the care of our own loved ones, so we treat every client like family. Our goal is to provide the right care at home, as we believe that there is no place like home when it comes to healing and recovery.

Home Health Services

At Omnix Health Care Services, Inc., we offer comprehensive home health services to clients within our geographic region. Our mission is to uphold basic rights and responsibilities as a patient and encourage patient and family participation in the patient's care. We provide skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and medical social services to clients recovering from an illness, surgery, or change in their overall health condition. Our team works closely with the client's physician to ensure that the plan of care meets the client's unique needs and goals.

Hospice Care Services

In addition to home health services, we also offer hospice care services to clients who are facing a life-limiting illness. Our hospice program is designed to provide total care to both the client and the family. We understand that the focus of care often shifts from healing to comfort at the end of life, and we are here to support our clients and their families during this challenging time. Our hospice team includes nurses, certified nursing assistants, social workers, chaplains, and volunteers who work together to provide physical, emotional, and spiritual care to our clients.

Nurse-Owned and Operated

Omnix Health Care Services, Inc. is nurse-owned and operated by Tabatha Brady, RN, a local resident and Crosby High School alumni. In 2007, Mrs. Brady identified the need for a patient-focused home health agency in her hometown and founded Omnix Health Care Services, Inc. Her husband, Jonathan Brady, joined the team in 2010, and they have been providing care to their hometown and surrounding areas ever since. In 2016, they expanded the agency's services to include hospice care.
