Who We Are

The South Dakota Association of Healthcare Organizations (SDAHO) is a non-profit organization representing the diverse interests of healthcare providers and organizations in South Dakota. Since our founding in 1947, we have been a trusted resource for advocacy, education, and resources to enhance the quality of healthcare across the state.

Our Mission

Our mission is to advocate for quality healthcare for all South Dakotans through:

• Advocacy: Protecting and promoting the healthcare needs of our communities through legislative action, public awareness campaigns, and community engagement.
• Education: Providing educational resources and training programs to healthcare professionals and the public.
• Resource Sharing: Connecting healthcare organizations with the resources they need to provide quality care.

What We Do

We actively engage in various initiatives and activities, including:
