Established in 1973 by architect Mike Underwood, Underwood & Associates has a rich history of delivering efficient design and simplicity of construction. Our focus on design/build projects from the beginning has provided us with real-world experience that drives our current projects. We offer fully integrated design and construction phase services, from planning and feasibility studies through to project completion and occupancy. Our expertise in Revit design software allows us to effectively share project details with consultants, owners, and contractors. Over the years, we have built a reputation for quality service, attention to detail, and client satisfaction. This has led to long-term relationships with the community, including pro bono services to organizations like Habitat for Humanity and local non-profit ballet schools. We are proud of our community bond and the skills we share with the community. Underwood & Associates is licensed in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and California. Our experienced staff consistently lays the foundation for successful projects and satisfied clients.

Our team is led by Michael Underwood, a licensed architect with a background in architecture from CAL POLY SLO University. He has operated a design/build subsidiary for 30 years and has extensive experience in various community roles, including the American Red Cross and United Way. Jeremy McNett, another key member, brings expertise in Revit design and drafting. Our staff's dedication to their work and involvement in community projects ensures that every client receives detailed information and excellent service.
