Our Team

Our team at TR Design Group is led by Thomas Riggle, NCARB, AIA, President; Rick Jaeger, ICC CPE, Senior Project Architect; James Horecka, AIA, CASp, Senior Project Architect; and Leo Romero, Senior Project Manager. Each of our team members brings a unique set of skills, expertise, and experience to the firm, ensuring that we can provide our clients with the highest level of service and quality.

Thomas Riggle, our President, has over 35 years of experience in the architecture and design industry. He is responsible for all projects' visioning, design, direction, and overall management of the firm. Rick Jaeger, a licensed architect and certified plans examiner in California, serves as our Senior Project Architect. He is a quality designer and experienced technical architect, responsible for all project coordination, scheduling, budgeting, design, and drawings.

James Horecka, another Senior Project Architect, is an experienced problem solver, builder, QA/QC Expert, and accessibility specialist. He brings over 45 years of experience in various project types, including commercial, industrial, churches, and civic-agency projects. Leo Romero, our Senior Project Manager, has over 20 years of experience in management of architectural projects from programming phase through construction. His experience includes a variety of projects from various sectors such as Civic, Educational, Hospitality, and residential for both public and private sector clients.
