Our History
Our story began 56 years ago when Ken Ferris started his career in construction, building houses with his brother. After 15 years, Ken decided to shift his focus to remodeling, and later, he brought his sons into the business. In 2003, Ken, his son Jon, and their friend Chris Hilton began working with local medical and commercial facilities, performing remodeling and maintenance projects. After more than half a century, Ken has decided to gradually retire, passing on the torch to the next generation. In 2016, Chris and Ken's daughter, Lori, took ownership of the company, promising to carry on the dedication and experience that define the Ken Ferris Construction team.
Our Services
We offer a wide range of services designed to meet the unique needs of our commercial and medical clients. Our team of experts specializes in remodeling X-Ray and MRI rooms, and we have extensive experience with drywall finishing, painting, drop ceilings, luxury vinyl flooring, carpet square installation, photography infinity walls, custom office systems, cement repair, and general maintenance work. We are certified for solid surface installation and build our cabinets and work stations from scratch. Whether you need minor repairs, complete office renovations, or anything in between, we have the skills and expertise to get the job done.
