What is Reiki?

Reiki (ray-key) is an ancient energy healing modality that employs the universal life force to balance and heal the mind, body, and spirit. This powerful form of alternative medicine enhances the body's natural ability to relax, heal, and rejuvenate, while restoring Ki (life force energy) to the body, balancing the chakras, and removing energy blocks.

What Happens in a Linda Graveline Reiki Session?

During a typical session, you'll begin by discussing your health and emotional concerns, followed by a thorough exploration of possible causes for the imbalances. After removing your shoes, you'll lie comfortably on a Reiki table, and Linda will place her hands on specific energy centers, channeling the Reiki energy through her hands into your body. Your role is to simply allow the energy to flow, being willing to let go of your issues, no matter how long-standing or permanent they may seem. Following the session, Linda will seal your auric field and discuss your experiences, providing guidance and feedback.

Training Makes a Difference

Linda's training is comprehensive and rigorous, having completed five courses under the guidance of Arleta Soares, a renowned Reiki Master. Our team is committed to ongoing education and professional development, ensuring that our services remain cutting-edge and effective.

Reiki + Western Medicine

Reiki is often used to complement or expedite healing processes in conjunction with Western medical treatments. Linda has had the privilege of working with hospitals, such as Donna Karan's Urban Zen Integrative Therapy (UZIT) programs at UCLA, demonstrating Reiki's effectiveness in a clinical setting.

Linda Graveline's Reiki Master Services offers a range of services, including:

• Reiki Session: A 2-2.5 hour, in-person session at our Van Nuys location
• Remote Reiki Session: A 15 or 30-minute session, conducted over the phone for individuals worldwide
• Packages: Customized packages for multiple sessions, quarterly "tune-ups, " or long-term recovery
• Payment: By appointment only, payable by check, cash, Venmo, Zelle, or credit card, with a small credit card fee
