About Our Instructor
Cynthia Jordan is a certified STOTT PILATES instructor with over 30 years of experience in dance, teaching, and Pilates. She has a BA in Dance from Mount Holyoke College and an MFA in Dance from the University of Washington. Cynthia has performed professionally in Spokane and Seattle, and has taught dance classes for children and adults at the Pacific Northwest Ballet and the ARC School of Ballet. Her extensive training and experience make her an expert in her field.
STOTT PILATES
STOTT PILATES is a contemporary approach to the original exercise method pioneered by Joseph Pilates. Developed with a team of physical therapists, sports medicine professionals, and fitness enthusiasts, STOTT PILATES incorporates modern exercise science and spinal rehabilitation principles. This approach is used by rehab and prenatal clients, athletes, celebrities, and individuals seeking a balanced lifestyle.
Your Safety Matters
At Brace Point Pilates, we take the safety of our clients very seriously. Our studio is designed to provide a safe and comfortable environment, and we take every precaution to ensure your well-being. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented additional measures to ensure the safety of our clients, including:
- Required COVID-19 vaccination for all clients
- Mask-wearing optional, based on your comfort level
- Air-purifying system on site
- Sessions available Monday-Friday from 8 am - 2 pm, and Saturdays from 8 am - 12 pm
