- Halston Sawyer, Office Manager: Halston is Dr. Sam's fiancee and office manager. She is a fourth-grade teacher at Elza R. Tucker Elementary in Lowell, AR, and is dedicated to supporting our patients.
- Alyssa Harp, Chiropractic Assistant: Alyssa is a mother of four who lives in Fayetteville, AR. She is passionate about helping our patients achieve optimal health and wellness.
