Our Story: Where We Started and How We've Grown

In 1994, a young entrepreneur named Corey began his journey in the lawn and landscaping business by mowing his first lawn for $15 and a bottle of Coca-Cola. His passion for providing exceptional services in the green industry continued to grow throughout high school and college. In 2007, Corey established Timber Oaks, starting with just seven lawn and landscaping jobs. From working out of trailers, storage units, and friends' sheds, the business has since expanded and now resides in a spacious facility at 211 S. Sherman Street in Vassar, MI. This location includes a large shop, a yard for mulch and stone, and a corporate office.

Today, Timber Oaks is a full green industry provider, comprised of two dedicated crews for lawn and landscaping. The teams consist of 9 crewmembers and 2 managers, working tirelessly to meet the diverse needs of our clients. Our services range from weekly lawn maintenance to full landscape design and installation, and we transition seamlessly into snow removal during the winter months.
