Our founder, Tiffany Rudi, is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer who has been rated the #1 Instructor in Manhattan by ClassPass in 2019. She has helped numerous women achieve their fitness goals and has a proven track record of success. Our approach is centered around strength training with kettlebells, which has been transformative for Tiffany and her clients. We believe in focusing on getting strong as the key to a lean and toned body, rather than relying on restrictive diets or long hours at the gym. Our goal is to help women build a strong foundation that will last a lifetime, not just a quick fix. We offer personalized coaching and training programs designed to get you results in under 3 hours a week.
