At Bloc9 Architecture, LLC, we are a professional, design-oriented architecture studio comprised of experienced professionals who offer comprehensive services in design, architecture, and spatial creation. Our mission is to create meaningful spaces through a highly collaborative process, resulting in lasting relationships within the environment, community, and the people that we share the journey with.

Our Story

Bloc9 Architecture, LLC is a Minority-owned Business Enterprise (MBE) Certified by the Western Regional Minority Supplier Development Council (WRMSDC), an affiliate of the National Regional Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC), Certified as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and Small Business Enterprise (SBE), and is certified as a Local Emerging Small Business (ESB) by the Nevada Governor's Office of Economic Development (GOED).

Our services range from architectural and interior design services to project management. We offer a comprehensive approach to our clients, focusing on their unique needs and goals. Our services include:

• Architecture: We provide complete architectural and interior design services, including Concept Design, Schematic Design, Construction Documentation, assisting with Contractor Bidding, and Construction Phase Services.
• Programming: We believe in the collaborative process with our clients and the community. Our programming services aim to help clients explore possible solutions and gain clarity of requirements to move forward.
• Project Management: Our Project Management services integrate our processes into the construction phase, ensuring a seamless transition from design to construction.

Our Team

Our team of experienced professionals is led by two managing partners, Brandon Y. K. Maldonado and Glen Curry. Both partners are licensed architects with over 20 years of combined experience in the field. They are certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) and are LEED Accredited Professionals (LEED AP).
