Our Expertise

Our team is led by Jim Goodspeed, an architect with 25 years of experience working on a wide range of project types. Jim has worked with some of the world's most renowned architects, including Daniel Libeskind and Tom Kundig, and has designed projects in Seattle, Chicago, New York, Calgary, Berlin, and London. He is active in the community, and has served on committees for the South Lake Union Community Council, the Lake to Bay Trail, the Denny Substation, and the Uptown and South Lake Union planning efforts.
