FLM Engineering, Inc. is a civil engineering consulting firm founded in January 2016 by Jon Frazier, Christopher Lewis, and Chase Massey. Our Team

Our team consists of experienced professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. Jon Frazier, PE, LEED AP, has nearly 17 years of experience in civil engineering consulting, focusing primarily on civil site development for commercial, residential, institutional, industrial, and energy clients. Christopher Lewis, PE, has a wide range of civil engineering experience, including typical residential and commercial site development, mining engineering, solar energy, and natural gas project development. Chase Massey, PE, has over 12 years of experience in civil engineering design and management, with a strong background in project management.
