Our Services

Our services include Earthwork, such as site topography survey, quantity take-off, site assessment, slope stabilization, and dirt sourcing. We also specialize in Demolition, including complete interior demolition, selective removals, high-rise stripout, and site clearing. Additionally, we offer Dry Utility Installation, including infrastructure development, asphalt design coordination, and cost and risk mitigation related to import/export operations and soil stabilization.

Our Projects

Our projects have included the construction and redevelopment of schools and medical buildings, as well as retail, office, and industrial space. We have worked in both the private and public sector, teaming up with developers, general contractors, and municipalities throughout Southern and Central California to complete high-quality projects in a safe, efficient, and economical manner.

Our Team

Our team is comprised of highly skilled management and crew members who are dedicated to health and safety, an uncompromising quality of work, scheduling, cost-saving solutions, and technological advances. Our leadership team includes Brad Zimmerman, President, who has 33 years of experience, and Tim Bell, Vice President, who has 20 years of experience in the construction industry.
