Our Holistic Healing Meditation Program is designed to help you release past pains and traumas, and cultivate a deeper sense of inner peace and connection.

We also offer a range of meditation audios and videos, including the Simple White Light Meditation Audio, the Simple Energy Healing Meditation Video, and the Vision Meditation Audio. These tools are designed to help you clear your mind, release anxiety and unhealthy thoughts and emotions, and envision a better world.

Our Story

Our founder, Kyung, has a personal story of tragedy and transformation that inspired her to create Holistic Healing & Yoga. After experiencing a personal tragedy, Kyung turned to meditation and energy healing to find peace and harmony. Through her journey, she discovered that the harmony she sought was hidden within her all along, ready to be manifested as divine energy at any moment.
