Pilates + Yoga Sessions M Pilates+Yoga sessions improve physical strength, coordination, fitness, endurance, and flexibility. The main focus is to strengthen deep abdominal, hip, and back muscles with emphasis on proper spine and hip alignment. Whatever your interest, our sessions are great for everyone; beginners, new moms, pre-natal women, or fit and fabulous individuals.
Pilates + Yoga for Golfers As an athlete, you always want to achieve your personal best. Pilates exercises can help you improve performance by developing body awareness, working on alignment, improving flexibility and core strength, and correcting muscle imbalances. Pilates offers the mind-body approach needed when playing golf or any other sport. ELDOA helps create space in the joints. When a disc or nerve is compressed, it results in back pain. The combination of Pilates and ELDOA has helped our clients, golfers, and other athletes, improve their performance and keep the pain away. Each program is designed for the individual. It's not a one size fits all program.
