*Jared Nelson, CSCS - Personal Trainer, Operations Manager*
Jared Nelson, a native of Atlanta, GA, is our Operations Manager and a dedicated Personal Trainer at Altitude Fitness. With a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from the University of Wyoming and a Master's degree in Exercise Physiology, Jared is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the NSCA. He specializes in tailored personal training sessions that cater to clients' unique entry points into physical exercise, focusing on achieving athletic, health, and lifestyle goals through evidence-based exercise prescriptions.
*Katy Hall, MS, CSCS - Personal Trainer*
Katy Hall, a University of Wyoming alumna, is a highly motivated Personal Trainer at Altitude Fitness. Her academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Health Promotion and a Master's degree in Exercise and Sport Science with an emphasis in Exercise and Sport Psychology. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Certified Personal Trainer, and Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCCA), Katy helps clients excel in sports performance and overall wellness through her customized training programs.
