Mike and Geris, who grew up in Mandan, had previously owned and operated Hopfauf Custom Builders for over 30 years, earning them a respected reputation for creating one of the finest, award-winning building companies in the area. They brought their passion for high-quality construction techniques, materials, and customer service to Riverbend Roofing & Exteriors.

Nick Welle, who grew up in Bismarck and graduated from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, became an expert in the insurance business and roofing. As a FEMA-registered disaster inspector, he has been deployed for multiple natural disasters. His Colorado company, Colorado Continental Roofing and Solar, has an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau and has received Denver/Boulder Gold Star awards for 2009, 2013, 2014, and 2015. Nick's love for North Dakota led him back to the area, where he joined forces with Mike and Geris to create Riverbend Roofing & Exteriors.
