CRADDOCK INSURANCE AGENCY was founded in 1978 in Dallas as a property and casualty agency, primarily focusing on insuring homes and cars. After selling the business in 1986, Derrall V. Craddock, the founder, embarked on a journey to discover his true calling. Growing up, Craddock was fascinated by his peers playing basketball at the local park, and he even made an unusual offer to a skilled player - he would guarantee him immortality in exchange for a small fee. Maybe this was the inception of his insurance career.

Craddock's passion for the industry led him to re-enter the business in August 2001, offering a range of services, including Health Insurance, Medicare Supplement, Dental, Accident, and Life Insurance.
