Our recently refurbished apartments offer great views and are equipped with modern amenities such as range with hood, refrigerator, and cable readiness. For your safety and convenience, we have emergency call systems in place. Our high-rise building features 26 floors with 263 units, providing ample space for living and socializing. Residents also have access to three elevators and a secure entrance lobby.

Eligibility and Rates

We welcome applicants who meet our eligibility criteria, which includes being 62 years or older, a resident of the State of Hawaii, and not owning a majority interest in residential property elsewhere. Our rental rates are competitive, with studios currently renting for $1,764.00. We also provide preliminary income qualifications to help you determine if you're eligible.
