Our law firm was founded by Neil Semple, an experienced trial lawyer who represents the rights of the injured. His unique perspective comes from surviving a catastrophic plane crash in 2011, which the FAA and NTSB determined was caused by pilot error. This experience has given him an uncommon compassion for his clients, understanding the challenges they face. After recovering from his injuries, Neil relocated his practice to South Florida in 2013, seeking a warmer climate.
