As the owner of NCP Design/Build, Ltd., Clai Porter is a licensed architect with a Bachelor of Architecture and a Master of Architecture & Urban Design. With over 40 years of experience in the design/build industry, Clai has earned numerous awards, including being named Builder of the Year three times and NAHB Remodeler of the Year. He has also served as Chairman of the Board for the Cold Climate Housing Research Center and Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation.
