WYOld West Brewing

Welcome to WyOld West Brewing Company, where we've been brewing up a storm since early 2014. Our journey began as a small brewing and pizza operation, but we quickly grew into a full-fledged restaurant and large-scale brewing operation. We're proud to have built a loyal following, and we're grateful for the opportunity to serve our community with fresh ingredients, tasty meals, and, of course, our own craft-brewed beers.

Our story began in Powell, Wyoming, where the building that now houses our brewery once served as a bowling alley and later an appliance store. We renovated the space to create a beautiful pub area, which opened in phases. Our first retail space, a tasting room and store, opened in February 2015, followed by the pub area, and finally, our pizza kitchen in October of the same year. The pizza kitchen was a huge success, and we soon turned our attention to completing our brewery. Our first beer, G-Street Pale Ale, was brewed in January 2016, and we officially opened our doors with a grand tasting event on February 27th, 2016.

Since then, we've brewed over 12 different beers and have plans for many more. We've also expanded our kitchen and menu to include a range of delectable burgers, chicken sandwiches, appetizers, and salads. Our goal is to provide world-class service and an unforgettable dining and drinking experience to every guest who walks through our doors.

Meet Our Team

We're fortunate to have a talented team behind the scenes. Our General Manager is Larry Hillers, who oversees the entire operation. Steve Samuelson is our Head Brewer and Brewery Manager, responsible for crafting our beers. Ryan Gutierrez serves as our Executive Chef and Kitchen Manager, ensuring that every meal is prepared with care and attention to detail.

Our Brews

We're proud to offer a range of craft-brewed beers, including Sage Creek IPA, which is just one of many American IPAs we have in our lineup. Our beers are brewed right here in Wyoming, using only the freshest ingredients. Whether you're a beer connoisseur or just looking to try something new, we have a brew for everyone.
