At Atomz Lab, we believe that a strong foundation in science education is critical for the success of young students in an increasingly technological world. With international studies showing that the United States continues to lag behind other countries in students' knowledge of science and math, we are dedicated to providing engaging, hands-on science experiences to children of all ages.

Our founder, Dawn Ballway, moved to the Charlotte area with her husband and two children. With a background in science and a passion for education, Dawn saw a need for exciting, accessible science programs in the local community. She founded Atomz Lab to fill that need and provide a fun, interactive way for children to learn about the world around them.

Our Programs

At Atomz Lab, we offer a variety of programs to engage and educate young scientists. From preschool enrichment classes to after-school programs, birthday parties to summer camps, we have something for everyone.

*Preschool Enrichment Classes*: Our preschool enrichment classes are designed for groups of children ages 3-5 and are held at your school. Each session features a different, age-appropriate experiment that is guaranteed to WOW preschoolers and develop their fascination for the exciting world of science.

*Summer Camps*: Looking for something new and exciting for your kids this summer? Then tell your kids that goggles aren't just for the pool, and head to Atomz Lab for some EXPLODING SUMMER FUN! Children ages 5 to 12 can step into the wonderful world of science with one of Atomz Lab's entertaining yet educational camps!

*Field Trips*: Our exciting yet educational science programs are for groups of children ages 3-12. These fun sessions allow children to immerse themselves in thought-provoking, hand-on projects. From slime to rockets, we've got it all covered in an hour field trip that fits into your schedule.

*After School Program*: Your budding scientist will love hands-on experiments and spectacular interactive demonstrations! Every week, your child will dive into the amazing wonders of science with a new topic and experiment while having fun! Loads of fun!

*Birthday Parties*: When the lights go down, this science party is the coolest around! Visit our birthday party page to learn more about this unique experience for children ages 5 to 12.

*Workshop & Classes*: Workshops for homeschoolers, Girl and Boy Scouts, and playgroups. We offer customizable, on-demand teachers' workshops that demonstrate how easy it is to make science simple and fun in the classroom.
