With over 15 years of experience as a NATE certified HVAC service technician, Jim has worked for both small independent A/C companies and large corporations. His vast experience in residential service and repair, as well as new construction, makes him an expert in the field. Our pricing is simple, with a $89 diagnostic charge that includes the travel to your home and the diagnosis of what is wrong with your system. All repairs are pre-approved by you, so there are no surprises when the technician hands you the bill.

When it comes to AC repair, we provide quality repairs that don't break the bank. From minor to large repairs, we tell you the problem and the cost to repair upfront, and welcome questions to better understand the nature of the repair.

Replacement

If the repair cost is too much for the age of the system, we can help you find a new system designed for your lifestyle and not your bank account. We are happy to offer a free (no obligation) second opinion!

Maintenance

Mechanical breakdowns happen at the most inconvenient times, and most repairs are due to maintenance-related issues. To prevent or at least minimize this risk, we offer quality maintenance plans starting at $149, with discounts for multiple units. We also offer one-time maintenance at $89.
