Our Story

Keane's Wood-Fired Catering emerged in 2016 as a culinary adventure fueled by the passion of husband and wife team, Padraic and Kaylyn Keane. Inspired by Padraic's upbringing in his parents' village pub in Galway, Ireland, and his subsequent fascination with traditional southern barbecue in the United States, Keane's embarked on a journey to redefine catering in Southern New England.
