Unprofessional Service
Several customers have had disappointing interactions with Marsh Real Estate Group. Sue R. and Anthony O. had terrible experiences with the company. Sue R. bought a property listed by Marsha Marsh, but the sellers failed to complete agreed-upon renovations. The closing meeting was unprofessional, with Marsha having a loud sidebar conversation instead of participating. Anthony O. bought a property from someone using Marsha Marsh as their property manager, but dealing with Nathan was awful. Nathan was nice but unreliable, and his responses were incoherent and bizarre.
