Jansen's Heating and Air has been in business since 1987, when Tom and Cindy Jansen had a dream of starting their own business. With a card table, push button phone, and one van, they went to work and have grown to support 30+ families. Located on West Route 40 in Effingham, we have a state-of-the-art training facility, "Comfort Academy", which was the original office. That building is currently used to train our certified technicians. Our newer, main office was built in 2000 and is located next door to the training facility. It has transformed three times to accommodate growth and houses geothermal heating and air systems. In 2021, a new equipment warehouse was added to better serve the needs of our comfort clients. In 2022, Tom and Cindy, our founders, decided it was time to hand Jansen's on to the next generation, to their sons, Troy and Trent. Troy manages the day-to-day business as the General Manager and Owner, while Trent utilizes his skills and knowledge in the field as an Install Technician and Owner. Our team members become our family, so they are all part of our story and success. We are your local, family owned and operated HVAC comfort specialists!
