Our Services

We offer a wide range of services including project management, design, drafting, and engineering for precast concrete construction. Our team is involved from start to finish, working closely with clients to ensure that their unique requirements are met consistently and entirely throughout the project. Our services include value engineering, which involves improving all elements of precast concrete construction to make the process more efficient and cost-effective. We also provide direct communication with production and material departments, as well as field personnel and erectors, to provide quick answers and avoid costly downtime.

Meet Our Team

Our team includes several key members, starting with the Project Leader and Project Engineer, who coordinate the job from beginning to end. We also have CAD/BIM Technicians, who generate drawings for production and assist in the completion of erection drawings and connection details. Our Checker/Drafting Supervisor oversees the drafting process from start to finish, ensuring that all drawings are accurate and meet production requirements. Lastly, our Management team, led by President Gerald (Jerry) D. King, P.E., S.E., sets the direction for the company and maintains the core values that have served as the foundation since 1978.
