Welcome to Four Paws Veterinary Clinic, your other family doctor, located in the heart of Sauk City, Wisconsin. Our clinic is situated just steps away from the beautiful Wisconsin River and on the Great Sauk State Trail, making it easily accessible for our clients. As the only locally owned and operated small animal clinic in Sauk Prairie, we have been proudly serving the community since 1999. At Four Paws Veterinary Clinic, we understand the importance of staying up-to-date with the latest developments in veterinary medicine. We are also committed to helping our clients during difficult financial times. The Jake and Winston Fund is designated for pet owners who are elderly, on a fixed income, and unable to afford medications for their pets. Should you want to contribute to this fund, please contact our office.

Our in-house laboratory gives us point-of-care diagnostic ability when treating sick or injured pets, allowing us to properly evaluate every surgical case prior to anesthesia. We also offer outside laboratory services to broaden the scope of diagnostic tests that we perform.

Our x-ray machine and automatic processor produce high-quality radiographs, available for the doctor to review with clients. Our ultrasound gives us point-of-care diagnostic ability when diagnosing and treating sick patients, allowing us to rapidly find abnormalities such as bladder stones, abdominal masses, fluid accumulation, and internal bleeding. We can assess your pet more accurately and thoroughly than ever before.

At Four Paws Veterinary Clinic, we work with multiple veterinary specialists to provide additional services to our clients as needed. Board-certified veterinarians are available to perform cardiology consultations, orthopedic surgeries, and other advanced diagnostic procedures on-site at our clinic.

Our monitoring allows us to closely watch heart rate, respiration rate, oxygen saturation, and blood pressure. We use the best anesthesia drugs available to provide the highest level of safety for pets during anesthetic procedures.

Animal Wellness
