• Enter transactions (income, expenses, journal entries)
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Create Profit & Loss statements (monthly and year-to-date)
• Create Balance Sheet
• General Ledger
• Calculating and completing sales tax forms (if needed)
• QuickBooks payroll and filing of payroll taxes (available for small payrolls)

Document Preparation Services

• Word processing, spreadsheets, and document preparation using Microsoft Office
• Creation of letters, reports, or documents
• Preparation of Excel spreadsheets for list views, accounts, and charts
• Assistance with filling out documents
• Notarization services (available by appointment only)
