The Bulski Remodeling Six-Point Process

Our six-point process ensures that your remodeling project runs smoothly and meets your expectations. The process starts with an in-home consultation with the owner, where we listen to your goals and wants and explain our proposal process. We then take measurements, pictures, and create checklists to ensure that every detail is accounted for. Once we've reviewed the proposal with you, we'll schedule a contract-signing meeting.

After the contract is signed, we'll share a specific shopping list of selections for you to make. Once selections are made, we'll establish a project start date within two weeks of final customer purchases and selections. We'll acquire materials and provide regular client communication updates as the project develops. We'll obtain any necessary permits for the work and start the project once everything is in place.

Throughout the project, our support team will be available to answer any questions and provide regular updates. Once the project is complete, we'll conduct a punch list with you and schedule a final payment and walk-through. We'll collect feedback on our project manager and subcontractors, provide a warranty list, and celebrate your new space with you. We'll even request that you post online reviews and referrals for our team and company.

Our History

Reno Bulski started Bulski Building & Remodeling in 2015 after three decades of experience in the home remodeling industry. His wife Tari joined the business with 20+ years of project management and marketing experience. Together, they've helped homeowners all over southeastern Wisconsin make their remodeling and building dreams a reality.
