Our dedicated team, led by Alex Hamer, LMBT, has been providing therapeutic massage and bodywork services to the community since 1995. With extensive training in the Travell and Simons' method of Trigger Point Therapy, we can effectively address various musculoskeletal issues, such as lower back pain, neck and shoulder tension, and more.

• Structural Integration: Our structural integration therapy, also known as Rolfing, is a holistic approach aimed at aligning and balancing the body's structure. This therapy can help improve posture, reduce chronic pain, and enhance overall well-being.

Our Expertise

Alex Hamer, the founder and lead therapist of our practice, has an extensive background in massage and bodywork. With over two decades of experience, Alex has developed a unique approach that combines various techniques to provide comprehensive care for her clients. She is licensed in North Carolina as a Massage and Bodywork Therapist, board-certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, and an active professional member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals.

Alex has advanced training in clinical sports massage, orthopedic massage, and trigger point therapy, among others. She has also trained in neuromuscular therapy, core myofascial therapy, esoteric healing, reflexology, craniosacral therapy, Reiki, anatomy trains, and KMI structural integration. Her continuous pursuit of knowledge and skills ensures that our clients receive the most effective and up-to-date treatments available.
