Our founder, Nabin Chhantyal, has over 15 years of experience in the restaurant industry, starting from serving customers to managing and eventually becoming a chef. His ultimate goal was to open his own restaurant, where he could share his love for Indian cuisine with the community. Today, Nirvana Indian Bistro is considered one of the premier Indian restaurants in the region, known for its warm atmosphere and exceptional service.
